Found, then Lost!

Found, I am.
By you.
Lost, I am.
To myself.

And that, perhaps,
Is why
I shall have to
search till Eternity-

If I so wish.
If I ever wanted
to meet Me again.

Happily enough,
I don't really want to.

Instead,
I'd rather keep you.

A re-post from Writer's Lounge, where I had posted it a while ago. Waiting for the muse to reach out again! And also trying out the Scheduled Post Options to see if it works. Just discovered it with the previous post:)

    Unfathomable depth, beautifully put across.

Oh!You absolutely had me with the first lines itself...:)

Found by you and yet lost to myself?....
    Sheer beauty!
    I loved this one....
You have a way of putting it so simply and yet in such a complex manner...
    keep that creativity flowing....

  8. Praveen, I guess I can be a boor with all that complexity sometimes.. :D! Glad you could enjoy this one!:)

Devika :) Indeed a mass of contradiction the blog appears, isn't it? Still, the quest is on... for all that yet has to be shared, in words, to find resonance in, to discover, be enthralled, and ever enrich oneself... :) in spaces other than here, and all those who share of themselves here :) Thank you for the kind words!

    Leo..:)Thanks, so very much!

Balwinder [I hope I may do away with the title, Mr. :-)], thank you; that is such a lovely note too!

Indyeah, :) complex and simple? I guess I do try a bit and make it somewhat outlandish, each time, though I do not always succeed as often as I would like to :D!! Thanks for the good words!

Shail, thanks, thanks thanks... :) That is a joy to hear too!

Aayushi, great to see you here too :) Shall certainly drop by at your blog:) Your poetry is still held very close in the memory, and I must refresh it :) Hope you are doing well, too :)Thanks for the kind words, as always!
